Temporary Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f) for a duration of 6 months
Tasks:
• The Job holder is responsible for a given assortment or business area in
terms of inventory and goods availability for final customer
• Align the demand plan from the markets or product management with
production / 3rd party suppliers on regular basis
• Support the involved production sites and subsidiaries worldwide to
answer all questions related to inventories and material flows
• Familiar with Supply Chain processes in SAP, such as Purchase orders,
Sales or-ders, and related documents
• Familiar with Drop shipments, such as order tracking, and has a Sound
understanding of order coherence within the flow
• Read the daily reports e.g. for Backorder and support the team with the
respective actions
• Support the introduction of new products
• Responsible for the respective inventory management and report in
regular basis its status, exceptions and measures as appropriate
• Communicate intensively with the different functions at the headquarters,
and subsidiaries via phone and Email
Qualification:
• Some experience in Business Administration or industrial engineering, with
a Supply chain background
• Fluent English and German spoken and written, any other language an
asset
• Professional skills of SAP SD and MM modules required
• Must be a team oriented , trustworthy person with a knowledge sharing
and learning mindset
• Must feel comfortable to an agile environment
• Result-orientated person with distinct interpersonal skills
• Communication and transparency are crucial success factors |
