For our Advertising and Media Team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, Switzerland we are looking for a

Team Lead Advertising and Media (m/f – 100%)

The Team Lead Advertising & Media Manager is globally responsible for the successful implementation and management of IWCs advertising campaign across all media – from offline to online. In this role, he/she is working closely with internal partners and external agencies and acts as a first contact for all advertising matters for the markets.

In Media, the Manager is managing the yearly media planning process of the markets. In this role he/ she supervises and monitors the local implementation of the global media strategy in close co-operation with the relevant managers in the markets and the central media agency in Paris.

The management of the yearly product movies (Product Launch Movie, Product Trailers and Novelties Films) falls within this department. He is supporting the production of these film projects in cooperation with internal peers (IWC Creative Center, FFF Producer) and external suppliers.

• Creation & implementation of IWC’s entire advertising campaign across all media channels including print ads, advertorials, online, billboard, etc.
• First contact and consultant for advertising agencies and local marketing managers in regards to the implementation of the annual advertising campaign
• Corporate design and format control, compilation of all necessary guidelines and manuals and administration of IWC’s Publishing Centre in close co-operation with the ad production company
• Creation of special formats and content for the markets
• Monitoring and revision of all local plans to ensure full alignment with IWC’s global media strategy, monitoring and supervision of local implementation as well as the compilation of production overviews.
• Analysis and reporting on advertising campaigns on a regularly basis exploring new trends in media landscape.
• Supporting the creation and production of the diverse product film projects in cooperation with internal peers and external agencies/ film productions.
• Managing of the Advertising and Media Project Manager and Intern
• Administration
• Invoicing (SAP)

• Completed Bachelor and/or Master degree with a major in Marketing or Marketing-Communications
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the project management of complex advertising projects with a focus on digital, print and film in an advertising agency or in a comparable position on client side
• Strong passion for intelligent creative solutions
• Hands on attitude as well as excellent communication skills which support interaction at all levels of the organization are required
• Open minded and dependable team player with the ability to work responsibly and independently
• Possess knowledge and passion for the IWC Brand, previous experience in the luxury industry is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken fluency of the English and German language are required, other language skills are a plus
