Purpose Active, fully market-facing business partner for Life Sciences working with the Life Sciences Managing Partner with the following goals:
• Establish and strengthen channel to market
• Develop and nurture Life Sciences internal and external communities
• Strengthen the Life Sciences LCSP network
• Translate the client needs to the priority solutions
• Drive industry insights to the account teams

Job content
Responsibilities Establish and strengthen channel to market
• Design relationship and eminence-building client events (e.g. private dinners, Labs)
• Set up and participate in client meetings in coordination with LCSPs
• Contribute to client workshops and proposals as SME
Strengthen the LCSP network
• Support priority account management teams with solution relevant industry insights
• Facilitate build-up of Life Sciences delivery capabilities (hiring of resources, build-up of contacts within Deloitte global network as well as external contractors), supported by Talent Acquisition
• Drive strategic planning for the industry including helping oversee investments and ROI
• Manage Industry account portfolio and drive account planning and management
Manage internal and external communities
• Develop and manage Life Sciences external LS eco system (external communities)
• Liaise with global Deloitte teams re latest eminence, resources, etc. (internal communities)
Drive Industry Insight
• Participate and represent Deloitte in relevant industry events
• Contribute to and promote industry thought leadership (e.g. through Social Media)
Competences • Global experience and proficiency in English
• Self-starting networker with several years’ experience in Life Sciences
• Eloquent sparring partner with gravitas for internal and external stakeholders
• Well connected to the relevant business communities (in Switzerland)
• Good active listener who can create bridges between client needs and Deloitte solutions
