Qualifications:
Education:
Master’s degree preferred

Others:
- Familiarity with customs and culture of Eastern Europe region
- Fluency in Russian and English required
- Background in sales and marketing and communications, preferably in international education and international environment
- Diligent with strong attention to details
- Possesses a tireless work ethic
- Able to work in both independent and active work environments
- Demonstrated ability in public speaking
- Availability to meet the need for intense recruitment travel within Middle Eastern Region

Key responsibilities:
Overall responsibilities:
- Promote LAS within the Russia and Eastern Europe
- Organize and participate in events relating to marketing, admissions, development, and alumni relations
- Proactively seek out, recruit and enroll potential students and families
- Participate actively in all areas of LAS life/community and be a positive role model in all aspects of professional and private life
- Fulfill professional responsibilities and conduct
expectations according to Faculty and Support
Staff Handbooks and guidelines established by dministration
- Providing activities reports to Director of Marketing & Admissions and Managing Director, Head of Operations

Specific responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for student and family in assigned region
- Maintain contact with local agents and representatives
- Create a sales marketing plan, and an annual budget
- Set annual country and regional goals for all intakes and programs
- Report activities within countries and regions
- Closely work with regional agents and education
consultants
- Develop a vibrant network in assigned region to help in recruitment and retention of enrolled students
- Interface and coordinate with Director of Development the regional involvement of alumni and related initiatives ( alumni events, recruitment, etc.)
- Support and work with Director of Development to strengthen our alumni network within assigned countries and region
- Represent LAS interest and development in assigned area
- Support a holistic learning experience that meets the goals of the LAS Mission Statement, Philosophy & objectives, and Core Values.
- Perform any related tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing & Admissions and/or the Managing Director, Head of Operations
