Job description and responsibilities
▪ Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal to on site execution and final reconciliation.
▪ Building, maintaining and developing client relationships. Ensuring excellent customer service.
▪ Delivering events on time and within budget while meeting client expectations and targets.
▪ Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every single project. Multiple
project handling.
▪ Managing operational and administrative tasks to ensure efficient and flawless project delivery.
▪ Research and evaluation of destinations/venues as well as supplier negotiations and contracting.
▪ Managing supplier relationships and ensuring adherence to VMP quality standards.
▪ Organizing and conducting site inspections.
▪ Full responsibility for project budgets from start to finish.
▪ Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team colleagues and suppliers.
We are looking for a hands-on professional with excellent operational and client relation skills. A project leader that is used to take responsibility, to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and to juggle multiple priorities. A self-starting team player with good communication skills and a detail- oriented working style. Finally, a fast learner with a highly developed common sense and curious mind- set.

We want:
▪ Graduation of a Hotel Management School (or of other higher education) or in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications
▪ Minimum 5 years of experience as convention/meeting executive in a large business hotel/ convention facility or as senior project manager in an event management agency.
▪ Excellent command of MS-Office-Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
▪ Excellent knowledge of German and English (written and verbal). Further languages are an asset.
▪ Minimum age of 28 years. Driving license.
▪ Impeccable behavior and appearance.
