You will join the Personal Systems - General Western Europe marketing team, which executes and continuously improves our world-class marketing campaigns by devising integrated, choice-full and relevant customer journeys across Switzerland, Belgium and Luxemburg, Netherland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. As Personal Systems Country Marketing Manager for Switzerland, you will own the holistic brand experience for our consumer and commercial computing portfolio along with the corresponding field marketing & alliance budgets. By effectively executing country defined B2C & B2B marketing campaigns, you will be a key leader in bringing our brand to life every day, to amaze our customers and conquer new markets while enhancing the overall brand experience. Winning requires constant attention to detail and determination in an ever changing environment.

As the ideal candidate you have at least 5 years of work experience and a proven track-record in marketing or partner sales, with accomplished job from customer insights to execution that demonstrate specific business contributions. You can seamlessly work with end-user direct sales teams, capitalizing on lead generation and RAD based marketing, as well as with our valuable channel partners through content-led marketing programs. Fluent in English and Swiss-German, the person will be responsible for end to end marketing campaign strategy, planning and execution in Swiss territory for HP Inc. personal solution marketing, closely working with local business group team, executing integrated marketing campaigns including digital and social, managing ATL/BTL mix and agency relationship. Successful job metrics include market share, MIO (marketing influenced opportunities), MGO (marketing generated opportunities).

Main Responsibilities
•Develop overall Personal Systems strategic marketing plan & detailed customer segment marketing plans for Switzerland
•Be the main point of contact for central marketing team, category and management for the overall Personal Systems marketing activities with strong collaboration to local GM and team members.
•Customer insight for the Swiss market – consumer through enterprise
•Implement integrated marcom campaigns and programs (through ATL and BTL activities) to support segment plans and region/Swiss business priorities
•Drive demand generation (lead nurturing) with accounts-based marketing for CEP (based on RAD) and direct marketing activities for MM
•Digital, online, search, and social marketing plans to support business priorities
•Support NPI marketing activities and promote HP products and services awareness, consideration, preference, purchase and satisfaction
•Develop and adapt from the region: POP, collateral, videos and all marketing communications assets
•Agency engagement and management
•Alliance partner engagement and budget management
•Overall Country OPEX marketing budget allocation, management, and tracking
•Coordinate PR/ Social media planning and execution with communications and the SoMe team

Qualifications

Education:
•University or Bachelor degree preferred in Business Administration, Management, Economics or equivalent experience
•Fluent in English and Swiss-German

Experience Required:
•5-8 years marketing experience
