It is an exciting time at Deloitte Switzerland as we embark on a journey to go “agile” in Human Resources. Against a business context that is rapidly evolving, we are going to build an HR environment that mirrors this.

Going “agile” essentially means that we will become more client-centric, forward looking, incorporating digital trends and building a service mindset.

Going “agile” also means that we will change “how” we work together, much more in temporary cross-functional teams (called squads), with rapid prototyping, stand-up meetings, sprints. All of this with the aim to deliver a best in class experience for employees and managers. With this in mind, all managerial roles in HR/Talent have been redefined. Next to your functional competence, we will pay special attention to an “agile mindset”.

What will you do?

• You will support the People Director responsible for the Audit practice in her talent-related decisions concerning the management of the talent agenda.

• You will be responsible for preparing and executing the yearly performance cycle with the relevant tools and reports.

• You will analyse internal and external business trends and suggest to the People Director interventions that drive business value and maintain and improve the competitiveness of the service line in the market.

• You will be responsible for implementing priority initiatives in close collaboration with the People Director and our People Matter Expert teams.

• You will contribute further building the culture in Audit we are aspiring to as Firm, with special focus on the areas of Leadership Development, Learning & Growth Culture, Respect & Inclusion, Collaboration and New Ways of Working.

• You will build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders in the business along all matters of the employee-life-cycle.

• You will develop meaningful partnerships with HR specialist groups (People Matter Experts, People Services) and lead the implementation of business area-tailored, innovative and lasting solutions that increase the employee experience.

• You will support the People Director in all matters, including preparing and analyzing reports and presentations, providing HR policy guidance, follow-throughs, preparing communication material etc.

What background will set you up for success?

• You have a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience
• You possess business and financial acumen
• You have a track record of consultative problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills
• You have strong stakeholder management skills
• You possess a high level of empathy and bring a toolbox of talent related solutions
• You are solution-oriented and think flexibly to meet business needs
• You bring excellent written and verbal communication skills
