Market Manager CIS – ODS WB Coordinator in EEMEA Region (m/f)

WHO YOU ARE
Several years of solid Sales & Marketing experience in the Polymer Industry in CIS Region.
Comprehensive technical background in the Polymer industry - customer industry knowledge.
Proactive and independent approach, own initiative.
Very good analytical skills, flexibility, resourcefulness, personal reliability, a sound judgment, discretion and diplomacy.
Very good interpersonal skills, team player working in an international team
Understanding the complexity of CIS region. (history, culture, countries relations etc.)
University degree.
Languages: Fluent English and Russian.

WHAT WE OFFER
MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION

1. Development and implementation of marketing strategies for the CIS region (incl. volume, pricing, margins and working capital management) under the supervision of the response ble Country Cluster Manager (CCM).
2. Develop annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plan - collection and analysis of market Intelligence.
3. Increasing sales in CIS region, market with high potential to grow sales of PCS products.
4. Cooperation in leading and coaching the account representative organization in line with overall objectives to overcome regional and multicultural complexity together with the responsible Country Cluster Manager (CCM).
5. Cooperation in developing and implementing potential distribution Concepts under the supervision of the responsible Country Cluster Manager (CCM).
6. Define and direct external customer events and fairs together with BU EEMEA management-represent CO EEMEA together with Responsible CCM.
7. Establish a Market development network in CIS region to foster growth of the region (Cross-country multiplication of new trends and new applications, establishment of growth network in the organization, increase short to mid-term growth focus in the organization) under the supervision of the responsible Country Cluster Manager (CCM).
8. Implement a new sales channel for the highly commoditized and margin contributing products WB and ODS for the EEMEA region (incl. targeting, volume, pricing, margins and working capital management).
9. Develop a customer portfolio which enables successful distribution of available volumes ODS and WB to support value maximization of assets. This will be established by being responsible for main customer management. Establishing a sales channel as lean as possible to serve non-direct customers. Develop and maintain outlet opportunities in the market in case of excess material availability.
10. Ensure compliance to local legal requirements for Principal sales concept Covestro
