•A challenging role as Business Analyst & Process Manager within Records and Information Management
•As IT Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to achieve a deep understanding of various business goals and needs with respect to Records and Information Management, support them during Business Solution Concept phase and align these needs with various global Records & Information Management engineering teams globally
•As part of your responsibilities you will elicit, analyze, develop and validate business requirements and then translate the business requirements into standardized product specifications (possible via UML, Use Case Models, Use Cases, business object models etc.) to reflect and confirm the understanding of the requirements, however striving for pragmatic and agile approaches with streamlined, clear documentation
•You will constructively challenge business requirements during elicitation
•You will be accountable for production of artefacts with appropriate level of granularity for relevant phase of business initiatives (business requirements, features list, requirements list and specifications)
•You will review high-level design and test cases to ensure alignment to requirements
•You will be responsible to ensure management of change to requirements and traceability between business requests and BE artefacts and specify feasible requirements, review and sign-off by business and project partners
•As a single point of contact you will closely cooperate and work multi-functionally with business partners and IT team (e.g. architects, solution engineers and testers) to ensure a common understanding
•You will have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement (in process / product / project / organization)
•Define possible solutions and implement the changes
•You will play an active role in testing (drive the testing process where needed, strongly collaborate with the testing team)
•In your role as Delivery Manager you will be full accountable to lead the successful delivery of projects implementing technical solutions focused on the migration of CH regulated data from various legacy archiving solutions to FileNet P8, the replacement of complex interfaces between these legacy archiving solutions and several dependent Applications as per the corresponding book of work.
•The focus will be on agile, pragmatic solutions, however in compliant with the project delivery guidelines in particular CS-SDF processes and including STC preparation and execution, communication of achievements, milestones, achievement and project status reporting
•We are open to discussing flexible/ agile working

You Offer

•Graduate degree (preferably Master’s level)
•Consistent track record in a similar roles (ideally the same combination) in an international matrix organization within the financial/banking industry
•Relevant experience as Business Analyst and with significant successful project delivery experience. In particular:
•Proven track record of several years of hands-on Delivery/Development Manager in the banking / finance environment within a global and matrix-structured organizations, having worked in similar roles on large global cross-functional projects
•Experience in working with senior management with focus on relevant type of communication and reporting
•Ideally experience in directly leading small teams (and demonstrable experience in indirectly leading people in various roles towards a common goal)
•Certification in Business Analysis is of advantage (IIBA, IREB etc.) as a minimum relevant experience and training is required
•Self-motivated, flexible and initiative personality with the ability to quickly learn and adapt
•Open-minded teammate, enthusiastic and motivated personality with a can-do attitude and a track record of solving complex challenges
•You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
•Profound analytical skills and the ability to work independently, take ownership and follow through the resolution (“get things done”)
•Your good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and influence business partners, with advanced power of abstraction capability to be able to correspondingly communicate with the required levels of details allows you to quickly gain trust and build up efficient relationships
•In particular very good English language skills (both spoken and written); German language skills not mandatory but would be an advantage
