Our Learning & Development team is looking for you!

Deloitte Learning & Development is part of the Human Resources function – we welcome applicants who are looking for a varied and exciting role in a fast-moving and friendly international environment. Based in our Zürich office, the successful candidate will lead the end to end learning process: from analysis to evaluation. Collaborate with Business representatives to ensure business alignment. Collaborate with all parties involved in design, development and delivery, incl. Finance, IT, LMS administration

What you can expect from us

• Develop demand plan for the Consulting Service Line, coordination of yearly training plan with the facilitators of Consulting
• Identify and assess learning needs and priorities and collaborate closely with Service Line representatives to ensure alignment with the business needs
• Execute and monitor performance of learning delivery and assess business impact
• Act as single point of contact (SPoC) for delivery related learning issues, works together and advice Consulting Program Managers
• Collect business input for the learning programs, supports Subject Matter Experts (SME’s)
• Work within the L&D team to identify relevant learning interventions, formats, business scenarios, learning design & development
• Manages the learning portfolio for the professional curriculum (formal / informal learning) to determine gaps and to flag issues
• Build budget information accordingly and monitor spends
• Provide reports back to Service Line Consulting, Financial Advisory and Risk Advisory
• Oversees Learning Policies and Professional Qualification policies for our Advisory Business
• Organisation of internal and external Service Line Trainings together with the Event Coordinator
