Global Marketing Project Manager New Generation Stores

To plan and execute flawless implementation of the next generation stores and to develop effective tools to continuously operate the next generation stores at the forefront of the industry.

Your main responsibilities
• Lead/participate in large strategic change programs or implementation and development projects
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budge
• Develop business cases and manage results realization
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Develop a detailed project plan and manage progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report to management on a frequent, structured manner and escalate to management when needed
• Manage, engage and coach stakeholders to reach objectives
• Ensure optimal use of project resources
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Develop clear roles & responsibilities for new roles identified during project
• Create, structure and maintain comprehensive project documentation in a systematic and logical way in the appropriate document management systems
• Stay up to date with latest trends in physical and digital retail channels, in order to take a progressive, challenging approach to deliver the best retail environment in the industry
• Plan and define the scope and objectives of all Next Generation Stores
• Manage the roll-out of new stores as agreed with management
• Identify Gaps & Challenges of the Deployment with each Division
• Manage the roll-out of initiatives for RED, R&C, Social Media and Sales Tablet agreed with internal stakeholders and third parties (airports and vendors)
• Follow-up performance vs. KPIs, ROI and target
• Review country performance with Division Digital Mgr.
• Identify under-performances
• Align with Div. / Country Digital team on action plan

Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Proven ability to design and implement complex projects/programs with strong focus on results delivery
• Strong market and customer focus
• Proven Interpersonal SkillsHave lead projects for / including senior executives
• Experience with proven project methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills with a flexible and dynamic approach to resolving issues
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Self-going with strong drive and high pace
• Focus on solutions, despite challenging setting in terms of resources and budgets, structured, systematic with rational approach
• Work hard mentality and attitude and solid organizational skills
• Know how to set up and maintain a cross-department process in a multi-site and multi-cultural environment
• Functional leader, highly motivated, flexible and team oriented
• Excellent oral and written skills in English – any other languages would be an asset
• PMP/Prince II certification is a plus
