Hudson RPO are looking on behalf of Hotelbeds Group for an experienced CTS Platforms Network Lead to join the team in Zurich Switzerland. Hotelbeds are a global one of the world leading bedbank providers. In June 2017, Tourico Holidays became part of Hotelbeds Group, followed by GTA also joining the company in October of the same year, It has been an exciting period for Hotelbeds who continue to grow and expand.
Job Description
The CTS platforms network lead is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, and adhere to stage gate quality throughout the full execution of the business projects. The right person must be a proven technologist who can adapt and respond to these ever-changing demands in technical sales excellence. This position will require forging strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners, oversee the optimization of the API/XML clients.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to
• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
• Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
• Work closely with direct sales to position and sell the company services and solutions - including conference calls, site visits, presentations, technical evaluations, technical objection handling, proposals.
• Proactively collaborate and communicate with external and internal customers to analyse information, business needs and functional requirements.
• Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication

Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Manage globally across regions the Platforms Network Partners program by coordinating between all stakeholders and front-line regions the executions and governance of the PNP business model, attention model and best practice with the strategic platforms partners.
• Interevent approach – initiating add-hoc project with top strategic client for optimization and growing the business. Manage the projects and driving the team to success
• Verify KPIs targets are met at the highest quality
• Join the weekly status calls with the PNP platforms to govern the attention model and best practice.

External : Global clients, IT platforms
Internal: Frontline Sales Teams; Global Technical Client Solutions; Client Optimization team; CRM; IT; Operations; Product management.

Skills, Experience and Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
• 2+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
• 1+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation
• 1-3 years technical background as a DevOps engineer (Great advantage).
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce usable, maintainable documentation and excellent presentation.
• Demonstrate problem solving abilities and initiative.
• Knowledge of REST API , XML, Json and similar technologies.
• Ability to travel overseas for 15-25% of the time
• Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
• Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
• Research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results
