B2B Marketing Manager

The Marketing Department is now looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our teams in Zurich or London on a full time basis. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, your role will be to develop and help drive acquisition of employers, helping grow the business aggressively across Switzerland, the UK and beyond.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Obsess over B2B customers and how to maximize employer acquisition across all paid and unpaid growth channels
• Work with our Category Leaders to analyse data and identify specific acquisition needs (leveraging “Supply / Demand” match and liquidity analyses)
• Plan and develop content calendar for B2B engagement
• Drive new customer acquisition by designing, implementing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns across all major and emerging advertising channels
• Identify best practices and create playbooks to drive best-in-class experiences across all touch points with a customer
• Drive and monitor multi-parameter tests to optimize conversions and other performance marketing metrics
• Set KPIs and review campaign performance with the senior management team
• Identify partnership and affiliate marketing opportunities for B2B
• Demonstrate resourcefulness for producing unconventional growth initiatives
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the staffing market, employer acquisition trends, and general competitive landscape


REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Management or similar
• 5+ years marketing experience in a B2B role with sizeable budgets and high sales growth
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgeting process and use of analytical skills
• “Can do” pragmatic attitude with a strong personal drive to achieve
• Ability to leverage insights (qualitative and quantitative) to design innovative engagement programs
• Fluent in English, German and/or French a big plus
• Be comfortable in getting hands dirty to get things done
• High attention to detail including precise and effective communication
