ATLAS CARIBBEAN GmbH is a subsidiary of the Martinón Group with legal seat and offices in Zug, is responsible for the marketing of the emerging hotel complex and the selling of its rooms.

ATLAS CARIBBEAN GmbH is looking for a

Administrative Assistant (m/w)/ 100%

The area of activity comprises the following tasks:
Correspondence with our Tour Operators, Group Companies, Advisors and Authorities
Assistance of the Managing Director/Credit Manager in administration and accounting matters
Invoicing of the Tour Operators for all the hotel stays, monitoring of payments
Verification of the different contracts between Royal Sand and the Tour Operators, file management
Monitoring the data transfer from the hotel data base to Royal Sand’s data base and data management

Your profile:
Dedicated person between 23 and 28 years old with an entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent analytical skills and affinity with numbers ; knowledge in accounting would be a plus
Enjoys working in an international environment ; SPANISH speaking is a PLUS
Fluent in English (minimum requirement: advanced level) and German (native language)
Minimum education certificate: Federally-recognised certificate of competence for commercial professionals or any comparable education certificates in the area of finance, accounting or administration ; working experience is not compulsory required but a plus
